What is OTPMail.online?
OTPMail.online is a free temporary email service, helping you receive verification codes (OTP) without using your personal email. Emails automatically delete after 10 minutes to protect your privacy.
Is the service free?
Completely free! No registration required, no passwords needed, unlimited use. Just enter an inbox name and start receiving emails.
How long are emails stored?
Received emails are automatically deleted after 10 minutes. After this time, data cannot be recovered. Make sure to get your OTP code before the email expires.
Is it safe? Who can read my emails?
Important note: Temporary emails are public — anyone knowing the email address can read the contents. Therefore, do not use it for bank accounts, important social media, or sensitive personal information. Use it for trial signups, testing, or non-critical services.
Why am I not receiving emails?
There could be a few reasons:
- • The service you registered on blocks temporary emails (some large sites like Google, Apple do not allow them)
- • Emails take a few seconds to minutes to arrive — wait and press the refresh button
- • Double-check the email address you entered during registration
Can I use a custom domain?
Yes! You can add a custom domain by clicking the "Add your domain" button on the home page. The system will guide you to configure nameservers. Once nameservers are confirmed, the domain will automatically activate and receive emails.
Is there a limit on usage?
No! You can create as many email addresses as you like, receive as many emails as you like. The service is completely free and unlimited.
Can I send emails from OTPMail?
No. OTPMail only supports receiving emails. You cannot send emails from this service. This feature is specifically designed for receiving OTP verification codes.
Are other domains stable?
Custom domains (other than otpmail.online) are provided by the user community. They may expire or be removed by their owners at any time without notice. Therefore, we recommend using the main domain otpmail.online for tasks requiring stability, and only use community domains for short-term purposes.
